Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company Held the Management Right Transfer Meeting of Chongqing Xiangguosi Gas Storage Co., Ltd
On January 13, PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company held the management right transfer meeting of Chongqing Xiangguosi Gas Storage Co., Ltd. at the gas storage management office. Relevant leaders of the Capital Operation Department, Labor and Capital Department, Enterprise Management and Regulation Department of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company and Baoshihua Property Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, Jiang Huaquan, Manager of the Gas Storage Management Office, Li Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Gas Storage Management Office made a detailed report on the establishment of the joint venture company, the existing problems and the next work plan. The Capital Operation Department of PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gasfield Company introduced the management transfer plan, and the relevant business departments answered the questions raised by the Management Office one by one, Baoshihua Property Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company and the Gas Storage Management Office signed the management right transfer agreement of Chongqing Xiangguosi Gas Storage Co., Ltd.
