1.1 Overview of the whole vehicle
The skid mounted pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump on a skid frame for water injection slurry equipment. The plunger pump is driven by a CATC15 diesel engine on the skid frame. The equipment is equipped with a slurry mixing system for self-made cement slurry. One HD4700OFS hydraulic mechanical transmission box, one STP600 three-cylinder piston pump.
Filling pump: one S5×6 centrifugal pump.
Metering tank: two chambers, 1.6m3 per chamber.
1.2 Scope of application
Model 70-300 skid mounted pump can be used for acid fracturing operation in shallow, medium and deep wells in oil and gas fields, and also for well washing, wellhead test pressure and other construction operations.
