High-pressure ground test control device is a necessary ground equipment in the process of formation testing and oil testing. It mainly consists of wellhead testing device (wellhead control head, drilling platform sink, movable sink), safety valve, upper data head, oil nozzle sink, lower data head and splitting gas sink, splitting and releasing spray sink, etc.
Wellhead testing devices are widely used in oilfield drilling and well workover operations, which can effectively control well surge, implement oil and gas well pressure control and wellhead testing. The annular sink can also be used for oilfield cementing, acid fracturing and other operations. The wellhead testing device is mainly composed of three parts: drilling platform sink, control head (up-lifting and down-lifting type) and movable sink.
All parts of the unit are made of materials and heat treatment processes approved by SPM, USA, and each set of assembly is subjected to hydrostatic sealing test under maximum working pressure at the factory. Compared with similar foreign products, the device has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, easy transportation and construction work, and low labor intensity. All control valves are low-torque plug valves and gate valves, which have a small opening torque under high pressure, and the connection of the pipe sink is made by nonon or flange connection, with good versatility, strong interchangeability and convenient connection.
